My Name is Carol Joy Knizek, I am 45 years old.  I have had cancer twice, the first time I went the conventional route, chemo and surgeries.  The second time, I went the alternative route and I am happy to say that I reversed my cancer.  I reversed it with a very clean diet, exercise, a positive attitude and the will to live!  It was hard work but it is worth it to see my boys grow into men and one day see my grandchildren.  I am here to teach, motivate, and inspire others to lead a healthier life.
